Beware!!!!!! My loved one was admitted here. For rehab after a stroke. She also had dementia. The first night she was there. They left her alone and she fell out of the wheel chair, straight on there face on the hard floor. Causing her to break her neck in two places. Long story short she couldn't handle the neck brace on her for the broken neck. Due to nervous problems. If the neck brace was taken off she would die instantly or be paralysed. Terrible mis diagnosis left my dad NPO for a day and a half. Sent him to the ER unaccompanied and told them he could not come back without a feeding tube. Hospital found no signs of aspiration- cough, fluid and shortness all from congestive heart failure.
Medical Director Dr. Sah misdiagnosed my Dad and was not truthful with 3 witnesses about the testing process( they required my Dad needed by placing him on NPO for 36+ hours). Was told- “would be accompanied by a staff member to ER for Test- room and belongings would stay in place for return to rehab” What happened- Father was sent to hospital unaccompanied with his cell phone and my number with “daughter” written on a torn piece of paper in his shirt pocket- told he could not come back without a peg tube(feeding tube), Ful... read more

Didn't even get in the door. Their claim is that they take care of individual needs, but, apparently that is not true. They refused us because we couldn't do their extensive sessions! So, my question would be....how is that taking care of individual needs??!! Very disappointed in their administration / office staff.
