I did not have to wait too long in the waiting room. Everyone was attentive, and it was clear everyone was trying very hard to keep things running smoothly, but also that they were feeling worn out. Even though it was clear that people were busy, I did not feel rushed out of my appointment-- I felt like I had time to ask questions and get information.
