Exceptional Service: After 1.5 years, my super-great Super Novo Chair had an unusual problem that required a replacement chair. The owner of the Bloomfield Hills, Michigan store quickly arranged for a replacement to be delivered. Thanks to him, I was soon enjoying the fabulous massages available on my new super novo chair! The rest of the staff are really great folks too!

Phenomenal Service. I purchased a Novus Zero Gravity chair a decade ago and about 5 years ago when the motor started to make some noise, Phil was willing to come out and help diagnose the problem. A simple fix! Another concern 5 years later and Phil again came to the rescue - replacing the chair cradles. Never before have I been the recipient of such stellar customer service. Visited the store to purchase a thermacane recommended by my Pt. Did purchase that but also purchased the Quzy neck massager. So good it will pay for itself in a week (considering price of massages) and can do it anytime.
