Great sales man only had 1 issue when we got our Gravis zero gravity chair home the leather on back right side of chair pad was torn away from seams trim. I called store and sales person and manager responded saying they would contact human touch Monday and have a new pad set sent to us and asked if we wanted someone sent to install it when it arrived. Customer service is always great. The contractor they hired to put our chair together, however, made a fairly big mistake and then didn’t test the chair (company said he should have sat in it to test it) and so a part broke. Therefore, we had to have someone else come out to repair it. So an A+ for Relax the Back and we are grateful we have a good warranty!

Bought an office chair and a drafting chair; the reason I am giving only 4 stars was because it took over 3 months to get them. But once they arrived in the store, they made a special trip of nearly 150 miles to deliver them and get them assembled. So for that, it was excellent customer service. The chairs are very nice and have a 15 year guarantee, which is also great.
