My husband bought a new pillow for me in Salt Lake City and brought it to our home in St. George. Before using it I pressed down with my hand and discovered it is much stiffer than my current pillow of the same model, the Pure Contour Dual Pillow. This new one is too hard for me. He is in Salt Lake right now, returning it to the Salt Lake store for a softer model or a refund. *** GOOD NEWS ** They gave him the refund. Great experience in your store. Nice young man helped me. I’ve tried my pillow but it’s not quite high enough for my neck. I was told it can’t be returned. Dang. Thank you. Julie Plant 5 star except for the wrong pillow.
