Everyone always tells you that they have great service after the sale. This place really means it! I purchased an awesome Lifeform chair for my wife last year which she really loves - its so comfortable and just beautiful! We noticed a little problem with it and notified RTB about it. Helpful staff and a no-pressure experience kept me coming back several times before making a final decision on an office chair. It's expensive, but I'm happy with the quality and the warranty. I will definitely consider them again.

We did experience great service. I was disappointed because I have mild neuropathy in my feet and sitting in the chair makes it worse. Can't use it much, even though it feels really good on my back.
