Our salesperson, Murray, was helpful as soon as we walked in! He checked on us as we shopped but didn’t hover. This was our first experience with Relax The Back. We were impressed with their inventory and service. We purchased an office chair and a recliner. We are very satisfied with everything!
Experience overall, and I love the prices. I read some of the comments and was a little hesitant, but I’m glad I went ahead and purchased them. The delivery drivers were very nice and on time with the delivery, and the people in the store were very helpful.
I can't say enough good things about my experience at Relax The Back Furniture. Lynnet and Debbie, my salespeople, were invaluable in assisting me in selecting designs and colors to tie everything together. My office chair broke, so I had to buy a new one, and choosing this location was the best decision I've ever made. The entire process was excellent and simple, and it was delivered (for free) to my home in good condition and on time. It was fantastic, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.
The store was super clean and had a great selection of chairs. I went here with my mother and we purchased their very nice massage chair that my mom really liked. The process was smooth and very easy. The customer service is excellent and I would definitely recommend them to anyone that's looking for massage chairs, office chairs, or recliners.
