Hi Doug, Our personal sleep products are not returnable. We used to have a loaner program but that was suspended because of the Covid virus outbreak which I am sure you understand. Hopefully like we do for all our clients we fit and educate. We should have done that for you. If not we would offer a substantial discount on your next pillow fitting /purchase. I would prefer to buy your pillow from Amazon because store staff are not really helpful. The pillow I purchased was not in stock and took about a week for it to be shipped to the store & for them to call me to pick up pillow.
