So far the chair seems fine The delivery came one month early and I had to havtge chair held until I got home The clerks seemed to interact with each other with discord

most wonderful shopping experience ever. I have 2 fractured disks and I love my new zero gravity chair with heat & massage it really helps with my pain. The adjustable base Tempur-pedic bed is giving me the rem sleep again. Love it!

The women who helped us choose a chair for my 90 year old Mom were wonderful. They were kind and informative. The process was smooth and the delivery was earlier than expected and my Mom loves the chair- it has already helped the swelling in her ankles and feet.

We came to the store to buy a mattress topper temperpedic that was on sale online, the girl was helpful but when she called her Manager, her manager said “the profit margin isn’t enough for them to order at the store and that we should buy online” wow! In this day and age, with Covid etc, she just pushed us to using online rather than supporting local businesses! Just saying! Who does this? I went home and ordered online.

Be prepared to have the cable break several times, mine has broke 3 times over several years, $105.00 each time to repair!

I bought things from these people over the years. They have some good products but you got to be ready for the aggressiveness of the salespeople. I already knew that when I went into the Clackamas store yesterday. This guy was so aggressive I just had to leave the store. I've been seeing a rheumatologist, an orthopedist, and a physical therapist for 3 years. 3 years ago I couldn't walk . . . Store manager would not honor the quote I was given in writing. Took Stu to get it straight. If someone else had the chair I would have bought it from them.

MY ORDER IS STILL NOT COMPLETE AND I AM GETTING VERY UNHAPPY! NOT A VERY PROFFESIONAL BUSINESS. I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN UNLESS THEY STEP UP AND TAKE GOOD CARE OF US. NICK

At the time that we had to re-order the preferred size office chair seat for you, we did offer to give you a loaner office chair until the new piece came in. We should have explained better to you that parts can take up to 3 or 4 weeks, as I'm sure you would have accepted the loaner. Being without an office chair for up to 4 weeks is difficult, I'm sure!
