From the time i went into the store to delivery and setup the experience flowed smoothly and I am very happy with my chair!
Excellent service by Chase, the store salesman. Also excellent installation by the 2 installers who drove from Los Angeles to the Central Coast. Very pleased w/ our Zero-Gravity recliners!!
Really took time to explain differences between types of products. Helped with finding size of space needed to use the product, as well as best surface to place the product on for best use result. Knowledgeable and approachable sales advice. Very helpful and accurate in descriptives.
Chase was exceptionally helpful. We’ve had numerous pieces of Relax the Back furniture for office & home, as well as pillows, neck/back products, etc. during the years. Most were sold when we retired, closed the business, & moved from LA to the Central Coast. The local SLO store here closed, so Santa Barbara is now the closest. It’s a hoot of a drive, so I called the store & was fortunate to talk w/ Chase about a set of Zero Gravity recliners. I needed a new remote for my older adjustable bed. The fellow researched it, found it, and ordered it to be delivered to my home. It arrived in a couple of days. Perfect service!
Your salesperson Kevin was friendly, professional and informative. He is a great asset to your company. Unfortunately, your price point for the kind of chair we were looking for was not compatible with our budget and we obtained a chair elsewhere. Perhaps you could think about offering similar styles at different price points because there was only one full sized chair that I observed in-store.
Kevin was OUTSTANDING in helping us make the right choice on beds: knowledgeable, patient, great communicator all through the process.
