Can’t comment on the chair yet as I don’t have it or any idea when it will be delivered. After paying almost 7k for a floor model chair and delivery I was told I’d get a call in a week or two for delivery. I misunderstood that to mean estimated time of delivery. NOPE…. They won’t even schedule as their are “customers ahead of me”. I wasn’t asking for immediate delivery. I am asking for a scheduled date of their choosing so I can plan accordingly. Initial purchase excellent, purchased extended warranty for 2 recliners. 2 yrs later they won't respond to email concerning worn out seat and back cushion. The extended warranty company (Uniters) is not responding to my claim. Beware the cushions will wear out like any other less expensive recliners

Immediately after purchasing the chair I was disappointed to go home, go on the internet and find the same chair direct on the internet with a $100 discount plus a free $50 foot rest. I would have thought someone in the store could have given me the same discount as i could get on the Internet fro the same chair company. While everyone in the store was friendly and knowledgeable I did feel I was taken advantage of by not being offered thee same price as the Internet price.

Went in ready to buy a new $1700 desk chair, but the gentleman was so rude and snippy we walked out. I wanted to support a local store, but will buy online.
