Visited yesterday and had a really frustrating experience. I drove about an hour out of my way to come here. I was literally in the process of handing cash to the budtender when they announced their cameras were down and suddenly refused to complete the sale. I understand technical issues happen, but cutting off a transaction mid-sale with no accommodation or solution is unacceptable—especially after customers have already waited and committed to the purchase.
