Visited yesterday and had a really frustrating experience. I drove about an hour out of my way to come here. I was literally in the process of handing cash to the budtender when they announced their cameras were down and suddenly refused to complete the sale. I understand technical issues happen, but cutting off a transaction mid-sale with no accommodation or solution is unacceptable—especially after customers have already waited and committed to the purchase. Still waiting for email promised by the dr with my certification. He advised I would receive within 24 hours.
This company is a SCAM. I had a consultation with doctor, but never received my recommendation for my medical card. Not because they denied me, but because Releaf never sent it. They also refuse to respond to my emails to rectify this. Don’t use this company. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!
