Its extremely hard to talk to anybody in the service department. Once you finally get a person to talk to they have to go look for somebody else and then they never call you back. I had my oil changed and the coding reapplied to the outside of the car. When I picked it up, they were rack marks all over the car and I was told I could either bring it back in or wipe them off myself. I was a little disappointed in the way it looked. I took it to the car wash and gave it a hot wax, and that improved the look of it immensely.

Amazing service. I believe it was Jeff at the body shop that we worked with and he was awesome and communicated great throughout the entire repair process.
Pretty much what youd expect for an oil change and state inspection. Nothing great, nothing terrible. I would mention a couple of things: 1) The price for an oil change seems incredibly high, even for a dealership. I take my car here because its a Chevrolet and Ive had some issues previously at other shops. 2) I prefer to deal with service advisors face-to-face and not through text messages. Im sitting there in the waiting area - come talk to me like a human being and tell me whats going on.
My car was fixed, the price was ok, they gave me the courtesy car ride home & picked me up for the ride back, so I was not stuck at the shop. Everyone was pleasant, polite & professional. A good experience.
