Cesar was absolutely AMAZING. I am a tough customer, I had very specific wants and I wasn’t going to back off on my set payment amount. The best part about working with Cesar is the fact that he LISTENED and wasn’t pushy. He genuinely cared about what MY terms were and him and his GM got the deal done!!
