I have bought other cars from Reliable Chevrolet mainly Oliver Jones. And I'll keep going back to Reliable Chevrolet for their great customer service. As long as Oliver Jones is there I'll keep going there.
We prefer this dealership over any other due to the employees. They are all very knowledgeable and courteous to their customers at all times. When we were tempted to go somewhere else to get a better deal on my trade, you made it happen to almost match their offer. My only advice is if you want to win customers over within the first 2 hours, offer the top max for their trade in vehicle, not the bottom lowest. Guaranteed you will get more customers that way if you have that "max" reputation.
Had a good experience with Johnathon. He was honest, patient, and made the whole experience easy and stress free. I never felt pressured and he answered all questions. In will be recommending!

Aaron was straight forward no B. S. and delivered truthfully and with respect to my time. The salesman, Kalum, was awesome. He came out on the freezing cold rain to show us multiple vehicles. He has a great personality and was very knowledgeable of the vehicles we were interested in. Leroy helped me set up my On Star the next day. He was super friendly and helpful.
It was a good experience because we had to tow the car in, get in or the repair without an appointment and the car was fixed in 2 days!
