Drew Buchheit was super respectful of my time and patient throughout the week. He returned every message in a timely manner and listened to me and answered all my questions. Mark, the tech guy thoughtfully explained every aspect of the inside features of my NX and reassured me I could reach out in the future if I have any difficulties! After our 19 IS 350 we purchased an RC from Kery and now he set us back up with an IS 500! Kery has always been wonderful and helpful to work with! We've owned so many Lexus's and Mark tried his best to find something we didn't know. He was able to at least teach us something!

Chad and Mark were super helpful and helped us through the process. The facility was nice and cozy. We had baby in and they were super considerate and help us fasten everything cuz it’s what we want —— I cant wait to come next time when it’s not in rush.
