Staff was professional and efficient, they advised me of what the procedure would be to determine the cause of the problem.
Good and fast service, friendly and took care of what I needed. Recommended all the time.
When I arrived to the shop I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile and helped immediately
It was easy to get to and had a comfortable waiting area. They got done earlier than stated.

Very nice customer service and very helpful, I felt comfortable and confident with the workers 👍
All were efficient and the work was done in a good timely manner. We are very happy with Reliable. Love the coupons.!
The dealership sales department is wonderful, the service department has serious issues that need to be addressed quickly. Josh tried very hard to make our experience a positive one but was met with several obstacles along the way.
Please be more honest as to how long it takes to service the vehicle. What was suppose to be 1 to 2 hours took 3 1/2 hours.
Business response:
Darlene, we appreciate your patience and apologize for any miscommunication with our team. Please reach out to Steve Vigil, Service Director, at Svirgil@vtaig.com to discuss this further.
