From start to finish *** made my experience really easy. *** eased my mind by walking me through the insurance process. I was so relieved that his assessment of my roof matched the insurance assessment and we were approved to get started. The workers were on time, worked quickly, and cleaned the area up beautifully. The roof looks fantastic. *** was always just a text away through the entire process. I appreciated his professionalism and his friendliness. We just had a great experience with Ben Keiderling and Reliance Roofing and want to highly recommend Ben and Reliance Roofing. Our roof was damaged in a hail storm in June of 2019 and Ben made the process of dealing with our insurance company to cover the cost of a new roof and gutters absolutely easy! We had a serious roof leak after a pretty bad rain storm. The forecast was projecting more rain. I called Ben with Reliance Roofing. He came out when promised and gave us a quote that evening. He was able to have some one over to my home before the rains started up again. Sure enough the rains came back, went up into the attic to check for leaks and it was all clear. Thank you Ben!!!
