In May 2017, the roof of our house in Austin, Texas, suffered severe hail damage. In August 2017 a new roof was constructed by Reliance Roofing Restoration and beautifully completed in a timely manner. Ben at Reliance Roofing did an amazing job on our roof. Ben also handled all of the communication and negotiation with our insurance company and enabled us to keep our out-of-pocket to an absolute minimum. Once on site, the team was courteous, efficient and professional. And Ben's updates along the way kept me informed. The new roof looks great and we're very pleased with the whole process. Reliance roofing did a great job for me. They installed a new roof efficiently and at a reasonable price. The communication was great; Ben also liaised with the insurance so I didn't have to. They found more damage once they were installing the roof, and fixed it and then filed an additional claim with the insurance. The actual installation only took a couple of days and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Highly recommend!
