It was wonderful, everyone made me feel relaxed and welcome
I was very nervous about doing my new infusion. The staff explained everything to me, made me feel safe and comfortable . they were attentive to my needs , overall it was a pleasant experience.

Directions up to the door were spot on The room was spacious and the chairs were comfortable The nurse was very kind and understanding and made the whole process quick and easy

My experience from the first person I spoke with at the Monroe office to my first and second visit/infusion at the Metairie Clinic it’s been a pleasant experience. NP Caitlyn Chaplain and nurse Jaimie Bennett Are extremely professional in explaining the IV infusion in great detail of procedure and side effects. Both answered questions from both me and my daughter. Very Professional Thanks, Denis Young
