It was a comfortable friendly environment. Everyone was so polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They put my wife and me at ease the minute we walked through the door. It was simply a pleasant experience.

My husband and I were welcomed by the office staff and quickly brought to the treatment room. As the IV was set up, we had the infusion process explained to us. All of the staff were kind and willing to answer any questions we had. We were pleased with their encouragement.

Very nice facility and the staff were very friendly and nice. They provided information regarding my infusion in a manner in which I could understand. They were not in a hurry, took their time educating me about the infusion, and answered all of my questions and any concerns. They were attentive during my infusion, offered snacks, drinks, and blankets.
