My appointment was on time. Dr. Lucas was delightful and interacted throughout the exam. She was reassuring and handled my questions and concerns with expertise. The prescription was ready later that morning. There were no parking issues!!!! All the personnel were pleasant, professional and knowledgeable.
From the moment you walk in, everyone is warm and caring. It is a very calming experience.
