It's very hard to make an appointment. Every time I call I feel like a stranger. I've been coming to this office for numerous years. Get put on a wait list and never get called back. I need to continue to call the office

I am a long time patient of Dr. Rendon’s practice and I am completely disappointed in the office’s response to my son getting his prescription for isotretinoin. Last Wednesday, he had his appt. and Friday he had bloodwork. Today I called for the prescription details and originally was told the lab work was not resulted. I have had a long history with Rendon Center and I am disappointed in the current situation I find , my son had an appointment last Wednesday to start on isotretinoin, today I started calling at 1pm due to not hearing from the office about my son’s medication.
