Rene and her team did a great job. They were with us every step of the way to answer questions and provide solutions. We ended up going with a USDA loan, which is substantially more difficult to navigate than FHA/conventional loans, which saved us a lot of money and made owning a home possible without extending us past our level of comfort. It really means a lot to my wife and I that Rene and her team stuck it out through all the challenges to allow families like mine the opportunity to own a home!
