The fact that when you make the first call renee answers and let's you know she's ganna be there for you every step of the way she tell you call at anytime you won't bother her she means it she keeps me updated every step of the way weather a call txt or email I loved it and when you do closed she is just as excited as you are and there's no better felling then being able to trust some one with everything and knowing there working as hard as you are towards a house
