Additionally, all of these young men are very polite and personable, so it's a pleasure to have them working in my home.For the *** installation teams who worked on my projects, 10/10.

Purchased a back door from this company and it has started to wiggle, sagging down and hinges are consistently loosening up. We contacted their warranty department as this door was advertised by them as indestructible. When we mentioned our dogs jumped on the door (border collies), they told us this wasnt covered in their warranty policy. Our dogs are not heavy, they just stand and scratch at the door; something any door should be able to handle. We had this company come give us a quote and it was insanely expensive for not that many windows. We opted not to go with them. I have been spammed by them calling me constantly and emailing me saying I contacted them for a quote. I have told them multiple times we were not interested and kindly asked that they remove me from their call list and to not call again. I still keep getting calls and emails. Even if I opted to go ahead and buy windows I would not from this company given their harassment.

We had a terrible experience. The two-day install took over two weeks. They lied to us at every opportunity. I called managers and received no response. They schedule without checking with the customer and then claim they need 48 hours to respond. I paid 28K for windows, and they were filthy when installed and have hand prints all over them! They promised to pay for landscaping that was destroyed, and that too was a lie. I feel ripped off and disgusted.

Shady business practices.When you have a consultation the salesman has you do a signature on the computer so you can just tap on the pages needing said signature.At the end I got a verbal price of ****** to do 5 windows that I agreed to knowing I wasn't going to try to negotiate down.As he scrolled through the pages to be signed it was extremely quick..Fast forward to the day of the installation,the installers did an amazing job for the most part.Afterwards the installers had me sign another form with ****** as the contact p... read more
