I absolutely cannot fathom a worse property manager than Renters Warehouse in Plano. Since I used them I've had 4 different agents in 6 months, since they have a turnover problem. There is no passing of information from 1 agent to the next and each time the new agents don't even know what properties I had under management. They listed one of my properties for way over the market price without my knowledge (I have a email trail telling them the right price to list it at) that resulted in my property sitting vacant for several... read more
We are currently renting a house in Dallas and Renters Warehouse is managing the property. We put in maintenance requests and it takes forever to get someone out to fix anything and I constantly leave tons of voicemails and no one ever returns my call. I do not recommend anyone renting from this company!
