I recently looked at some rental properties through Renter's warehouse, Sean ***** was our advisor. He was very professional, punctual to the properties, and answered all of our questions (which were a alot) in a very timely manner! I would recommend Sean to anyone needing help with rental properties! He made the whole experience very easy.
We summited a request to fix our garage door for the spring. They came a day early and got it fixed fast. The technician was quick and friendly. The two times we have summited a maintenance request, it was great.

Abby ******** Is my Her-ro of the day. She helped get through the process of resolving issues between using my iPHONE and laptop. She allowed me to resolve 2 months of incorrect payments, due to miscomuncation between section 8, my tenant, and the lease collection process. With her assistance I am sure that things will be processed correctly May 1.

This review is solely for Pit F****, Maintenance Coordinator with Renters Warehouse. He is the only good thing there is to say about Renters Warehouse. They rented me a house without a proper inspection. The A/C didn’t work when I moved in … in the summer. They also failed to have several areas of the house repaired prior to my moving in, though they promised they would be repaired. Pit has done an excellent job staying on top of my numerous repair issues. I recommend him. I don’t recommend Renters Warehouse.
