Renter’s Warehouse is a great company to work with as a renter. They are always on top of the maintenance requests we put in, and they do a very thorough job. Also, Philip Hamilton is our Rent Estate Advisor. He does a PHENOMENAL job! He’s on top of renewal of our lease each year.
