We originally contacted Renown around the end of April and while they were quick and easy to finish the roofing portion of the job it took months for them to replace my siding and I'm still waiting for them to haul off debris like they were paid to do. When we first were looking at hiring them we asked about financing options and were told by Rodney that it would not be an issue, but when it came time to sign the contract we were told we would have to pay 100% of our portion of the job up front without financing it (~$3000)... read more
