it's worked ok. however, the maintenance request screen doesn't load and it takes at least 2-3 days for payments to come out of your bank account

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our team has recently updated our apps, which should correct the issue with the maintenance requests page. The secure processing we provide is different than peer-to-peer services like Zelle and Venmo, but please know that we will continue to improve upon the platform with your feedback in mind!
