We recurved something like seven sets of disclosure papers. The rates, fees, and cash out were different on every one. We finally got a rate lock but it was rescended and replaced with higher rate. Not a smooth process. But in the end, when the manager stepped in we started moving towards our objective. And had as good outcome.
