They helped me and repaired the issue really fast!!!
My cell phone wasn't working. Samantha was able to diagnose the problem with a quick conversation. The part wasn't in stock but she was able to sorce one quickly, offering a good price for the repair. Returned for the repair and am very pleased to have my phone back in great working order!
I thought I was talking to Canon but my call was somehow rerouted and I was talking to a scammer trying to make us believe our Mac was seriously infected and it was going to be expensive ($2,900.)to fix. I called RepairExpress, they fixed it in one day and it is now perfect ($120.) I am so relieved and appreciative.
Service was fast, efficient and polite.
