I was very disappointed when I brought my laptop for repair! The technician emailed me saying that my laptop could no longer be fixed and would need a brand-new part. It was working perfectly fine before my cat accidentally spilled water on it. Thankfully, I decided to bring it to another repair shop — and now it’s working perfectly again! 🙏🙏💕

I just had my MacBook battery replaced from RepairExpress in Kelowna. Bernardo was awesome to deal with. He was able to order me in the battery that I needed. Other repair shops said I would have to mail my MacBook into Apple which would take 8 weeks. Very happy with the service and the repair. Thank you!

This business was recommended to me by our local computer repair shop for replacing a battery on an older iPad. The part had to be ordered in, and I was able to book an appointment within a week, and the part was replaced. After coming home (I live a few hours away) the iPad would not charge much better than before, I was concerned and contacted Repair Express, they answered back very quickly and after a couple days of charging it started to work to my satisfaction, almost as good as my old one used to be at one time. The employe was very nice and really helpful. He help us install our screen protector and gave us tips for eventually install one by our self. Really nice place to go! Happy customer
