I have brought a few phones here over the years, and always super happy with the quality of work from Repair Express Kelowna. Today they replaced a screen and got us in without an appointment, so that was amazing! I would highly recommend if you need a device repaired!!

Yippee my laptop's now working. My HP just stopped charging. It was frustrating. Turned out it was a complex issue beyond the battery. Kudos to management for being attentive, taking time to explain and showing care in the whole process. I had a wonderful customer experience. Highly recommend.

I was very disappointed when I brought my laptop for repair! The technician emailed me saying that my laptop could no longer be fixed and would need a brand-new part. It was working perfectly fine before my cat accidentally spilled water on it. Thankfully, I decided to bring it to another repair shop — and now it’s working perfectly again! 🙏🙏💕

I recommend the Kelowna Repair Express over any of the larger shops. I have taken various devices to the Kelowna shop and have been impressed by their service. They have been courteous and thorough in explaining the their repair.
