I just had my MacBook battery replaced from RepairExpress in Kelowna. Bernardo was awesome to deal with. He was able to order me in the battery that I needed. Other repair shops said I would have to mail my MacBook into Apple which would take 8 weeks. Very happy with the service and the repair. Thank you!
The employe was very nice and really helpful. He help us install our screen protector and gave us tips for eventually install one by our self. Really nice place to go! Happy customer
Bernardo was able to quickly analyze and resolve a couple of lingering issues with my Apple iPad at the office counter I am definitely returning to resolve updating my Operating System the next time I am in Kelowna Many Thanks to Bernardo for his excellent service and rapport
This business was recommended to me by our local computer repair shop for replacing a battery on an older iPad. The part had to be ordered in, and I was able to book an appointment within a week, and the part was replaced. very good tech servise and very friendly attitude. The technician was very perfectional and very efficiently solved my phone issus. So my phone was having a bit issues with charging and I though maybe it was to old I might need to replace a new charging port and when the technician checked turns out it was the dust from all these years had blocked part of the charging port causing a poor contact. so he just helped me cleans it and did not charge me for that.
