Wonderful customer service.
Resa helped educate me regarding mortgages and spent a lot of time letting me know what to expect at each step of the process. She even took time out from her vacation to help me understand the closing costs
Resa kept in constant communication during the whole process. She also communicated well with our realtor. Resa was readily availabe to answer any questions or concerns we would have. She was good in foretelling us the next steps in the process and always alerted us to what things we should know or have available as we continued in the acquisition of a VA loan. Her response was always immediate and she responded via email, text or a phone call. Resa and all of her team were very professional.
Resa was actively working on our file. Her and her team were in contact every step of the the way. Resa made us feel very comfortable with the process and was very knowledgeable about any questions we had. We will use her again for sure!
