Yvonne was such a pleasure. Great customer service, felt like home. The treatment didn’t hurt and it was relaxing. I need more sessions to see the results I want.
Yvonne was so awesome. She very outgoing and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable from the start. At the end of the session I was so relaxed and excited to come back and schedule another session.

I finished two when I had the appointment for the third one I had to reschedule so I called to let the lady know she said I will call you back to reschedule but she never did. I called her a couple of days after she never answered. She never called to set up the last two sessions I had left. It’s been over one month and half. So I paid for 4 and I got only two. Really disappointed.

A pre-procedure phone call was required, and the lady promised me a procedure. When I got to the appointment, I was told it could not be done for the price I paid, even though the technician verified that I had been told it would. She argued with me for a long time, coming up with five reasons she couldn't do what was promised. Finally it came down to she wanted more money

You bought fat cavitation. You did not need fat cavitation. You needed radio frequency to tighten the skin. The cavitation would make more loose skin. I am sorry that you thought I should trade it in for the same price when the coupons are not the same price. This Groupon came sorely short of what I expected. They deliberately do not post the amount of minutes just so they can make it seem like you are getting the upsell when you get a forty minute session tied up to a machine and the treatment itself doesn't take up anyone's time except for setup and your own. The facility is nice enough and easy to get to and Delia is wonderful; hence one star.

Your session that you purchased was for 20 minutes. We offered to double the time and you accepted which is the equal of 2 sessions. We explained everything to you and you appeared to be happy and said, "that sounds great ." Then you said that you never agreed and got upset.
ULTRALIFT AGED MY FACE!!!! I don't recommend the ultralift here. Three days after my treatment my face looks worse than before. If I wasn't smiling I barely had any visible lines. Now I have deep wrinkles around my eyes and bags under my eyes when I am expressionless. Teresa said there are NO SIDE EFFECTS with ultralift unless you go over the time then there is sagging. I am now worse than before!

This place looked more like a Physical Therapy place than a Spa.
I had a horrible experience because after paying for this groupon I still had to pay about 100 dls a session just because the lady that owns this place doesn't really explain anything she just tells you to come in does whatever she feels like it and then at the end is like it's 100 dls everything about this place is very sketchy

He bought the I Lipo which I did. I explained that for him to get the best results I combine the Ultrasound Cavitation with the Thermalift. He said he wanted to do that. I gave him a 60 minute session, not a 20 minute session
