The folks at this practice are great and very thorough with the cleaning and oral exams. They take the time to explain things and are very detail oriented. This rating would have been 5 stars had it not been for a very rude front desk employee who checked me out. In my particular instance, I required a follow up for which I was told that the estimated benefits for my insurance coverage would be explained to me at check out.
