Jeremy arrived at our appointment on time and was very friendly and professional. He understood what I wanted done and provided a very fair and reasonable estimate. Hired him to start the next week. Even though my repairs were not an emergency and Houston was hit by major flooding the week his crew was to start, the job was completed in a timely manner and the work looks great. We had work STARTED by this company 3 weeks ago. We found out they fired their entire field team on Friday morning 8/8/25 when no one showed up to finish the job. We were left with unserviced machines, tarp, trash, and unfinished work. We have MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS to contact them and cannot get anyone to call us back to resolve the situation.
