Restoration 1 has service unlike I've ever experienced. They could sense the urgency in my tone when I called and they jumped on it! They also took the time to explain everything to me. I highly recommend using their services.
We called Restoration 1 to come handle a water loss in Mint Hill for a police officer who came home to his house being flooded. Restoration 1 sent Dan King who handled the call from the initial problem and until everything was back to new.
