Larry and Skyler were absolutely amazing through the water heater break and damage in our basement. insurance sent servepro out and was not impressed, so I contacted Larry right away again. They are professional and amazing customer service skills. They care about everyone's homes like it was their own. thank you guys so very much.

These guys deserve more than 5 stars. They are fast, punctual and really know their stuff. They did a great job on our kitchen, and even helped us with the insurance issues. Then, unfortunately we had to use them again about 2 months later when our sump pump blew a lid and got water in the kids' playroom. I called them before we called our insurance agent or even the plumber. I can't say enough about these guys! We had originally called Service Master 380 to inspect for mold. They did a "visual inspection" and didn't find any, despite the dark, growing stain on our kitchen floor. They also didn't think to check the utility room, where we later found mold plain as day. Service Master eventually took out a foot of drywall in our pantry and set up a filtered blower, but gave us a very expensive estimate to complete the remediation. We had a plumbing leak that affected the wood flooring and the entire ceiling of the room below. Restoration 1 came to our rescue and stuck with the situation for more than a week to make sure everything was fixed to our satisfaction. They showed up every day (weekends included) to monitor progress and make sure everything was completely dried out.
