I can't say enough about these guys! We had originally called Service Master 380 to inspect for mold. They did a "visual inspection" and didn't find any, despite the dark, growing stain on our kitchen floor. They also didn't think to check the utility room, where we later found mold plain as day. Service Master eventually took out a foot of drywall in our pantry and set up a filtered blower, but gave us a very expensive estimate to complete the remediation. We had a plumbing leak that affected the wood flooring and the entire ceiling of the room below. Restoration 1 came to our rescue and stuck with the situation for more than a week to make sure everything was fixed to our satisfaction. They showed up every day (weekends included) to monitor progress and make sure everything was completely dried out.
