Our floors are separating and shifting. They sent someone out to take a look on September 26th. The person told me the floors were installed correctly, but that there must be an issue with product. I was told that Shannon would reach out to the floor supplier and get back with me. I’ve texted Shannon in October and this month without a response back.
Shannon started out very responsive but didn’t finish the job. One last detail to be done and it’s been months of her ignoring my and my insurance agent’s texts. Very frustrating!
They came out promptly and took care of water damage in my basement. But I’ve been waiting weeks now for them to come finish the job and no one will call me back now. Unfortunately I already paid them because I thought they would be more responsive. I do NOT recommend them and will never use them again. The bill I received took ages to get and was not itemized— they claimed their computers were down—for weeks???? Not professional.
Jeff didn’t show up on time when we rescheduled he still didn’t show up on time he didn’t bring anything to write with didn’t address all my concerns didn’t get back to me with a quote I messaged him two additional times with no answer he’s unreliable dismissive and wasted my time
