Easily 5 ⭐️ The members that came to my home did a phenomenal job. They responded quickly from source of contact and throughout the job. Not only that, but the workers are friendly, trustworthy & made me feel at ease every step of the way! I would highly recommend Restoration 1 and will only be using them in the future

They went above & beyond. Kept me informed on what was going on step by step. I placed the call & within the hour they were at my home. Assessed the damage & immediately got to work. Very satisfied customer, thank you all!

We had a great experience with Restoration 1. They were quick to respond to the water infiltration in our basement. Jose was professional, knowledgeable and just a good human being. We would not hesitate to contact Restoration 1 for any future needs

TL/DR Hiring them is the absolute best decision you can make while in your current situation. Hands down. I worked for other local companies in the same field and there is a reason I didn't go with those guys. You will absolutely not regret working with Restoration 1's team, but you might if you don't. I honestly don't even know if I can put into words how grateful our family is to Restoration 1 of Middletown. Truly. Overcharged us for services! We were stuck with a $4k bill after insurance. We really had to fight hard for our insurance to cover the $8k of $13k that Restoration One charged us for a basement flood. When we initially called, they told us not call insurance until they arrived. That was a major mistake! They told us our insurance wouldn’t be an issue and that they work with them all the time. I’ve been a property manager for years and never have had an invoice over what insurance allotted for remediation/restoration services. This is an awful business!! And, see below. Doing this to an 81 year-old on a fixed income!!! Warning to home owners - don't use this company! They accepted a job for water restoration knowing that my elderly mother's home owner's insurance is through State Farm.
