I was in the middle of selling our house, when the Home Inspector noticed a leak from the Winter Freeze in February of 2021. After the winter storm, my house was in a mess... I contacted Andrew Staszewski who owns the company and showed him the damage. He provided me with a quote for mold removal, remediation and a build back as well. The estimate was extremely reasonable based on the amount of work. Andrew and his crew were professional and stuck tot he mold remediation protocol. They kept us in the loop with any additional work that needed to be done and did their work in a timely manner. Great customer service and fair pricing. You can tell Andrew cares for his customers. He and his worker were professional and knowlegdable in all they did to remediate a mold issue in our home. During a difficult situation we were very glad we chose Resteration 1 to help us.
