The team made a painful situation painless and seamless. Brandy, Jorge, Jose and team were wonderful to work with. The teams were prompt on a daily basis and did an amazing job keeping the areas cleaned up after the days work. No one wants to deal with massive amounts of water damage (or minimal amounts) but I am very appreciative and thankful I contacted Restoration1!
We absolutely loved the help Brandy and Jorge gave us! Both were knowledgeable and simplified everything for us! During the stress of a sudden repair they calmed us and helped us get through it quick and painlessly! My water heater started leaking and my plumber referred me to Restoration 1. They came out that same day and started drying out my laundry Room where my water heater had been! The entire team was absolutely fantastic!

I have a vacation home in Phoenix that I come to in the Winter months and I came home this past month to visit and I found excessive water damage leaking through my ceiling. Darrin, the owner, and his team were able to dry out what was wet and remove what couldn't be saved in a professional and timely manner. Couldn't recommend them more! Darrin helped me by working with the insurance adjuster to make sure my claim was covered, and was able to refer me to a great plumber to fix the leak! I am so thankful!!
