Alan at Restoration 1 was great! We had a hidden leak in the wall from an attic AC drain line. They located the leak quickly and had us cleaned up in no time! We had to leave town on the day we got into the job and Alan came in and took care of everything while we were away. Notified us each time they came into the house and what was done and even sent us pictures to show us what was going on. Highly recommend them!
I can’t recommend Restoration 1 highly enough! They were professional, patient with all my questions, answered clearly and completely, and kept things contained and as clean as possible while repairing the water damage in my house.
Restoration 1 was so professional, organized and efficient! We had a pipe burst in a rental townhouse we have and they made all the restoration work so easy and painless. Always told us ahead of time their schedule so that I could inform our tenants. They stuck to the schedule and were very reliable. On Monday, my wife saw a large wet spot on our first floor ceiling, but we weren’t sure what caused it.
