These guys are fantastic. They know what they are doing, they are honest, they use good quality products, they are easy to work with, and they back their work. Mike, the manager is patient and answers all your questions up front. The staff understands mold damage is the worst and it is scary to have to deal with it. But they do the work like it is their own house. I would recommend them without hesitation. They are not cheap but their prices are fair.
They did a great job! Only reason I did not give a 5 is that they came on a Friday and left without speaking to me about the job. I wasn't sure if they finished or if they were coming back on Saturday to complete They came back on Monday and completed.
Did not realize insurance paid for this, we did some of the work ourselves. Still very expensive!

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN DEALING WITH OUR TENANTS AND WORKING WITH THEM TO SCHEDULE REPAIRS. THIS HELPED US TREMENDOUSLY. HAD RESTORATION 1 COMPLETE ANOTHER JOB ON THE SAME CONDO UNIT AND THEY WERE AMAZING - WENT ON AND BEYOND! I RECOMMENDED THEM TO THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY WHICH OVERSEES THE BUILDING AND WILL PASS THEIR NAME ON TO ALL I KNOW. THANK YOU FOR YOUR EXCELLENT WORK.
