Tim was very responsive and timely. We had a few misunderstandings, but Tim resolved them asap. I would highly recommend Tim and his crew.
We had a leak along an outside wall in our condominium unit. Due to Covid, we were not in town at the time. After calling a few places and getting little assistance, I got a referral for Restoration 1 from our home inspector. Tim Downs and his team were incredibly responsive. I called on a Friday and Tim came to evaluate our leak on Saturday. This is a fabulous company all around. Not enough words to say how appreciative i am. To sum up, they went above and beyond their job, bought and installed supplies not part of their original contract, and never asked for more money. Cleaned up after themselves and checked in with me through entire process, making sure i was always happy.
