RecommendedAlex, Mike, John, Ellis & Chris went above and beyond for us. After experiencing a leak from a busted valve on our boiler they immediately came to help with dehumidifiers followed by taking up the floors and putting fans on all wet spots. They were very thorough throughout the whole process and explained everything step by step. If you’re looking for a team to calm your nerves in a time of emergency I would absolutely recommend Restoration 1!

RecommendedHighly recommended! We had an undetected leak in our garage storage area till we had noticed a problem with our heating system., it ended up causing a good amount of damage.. We reached out to Restoration 1 of Suffolk County and they immediately came over to assess the damage within hours , addressed it, immediately ripped down all the walls and set up fans dehumidifier and made sure our air quality was safe over the next few days. RecommendedRarely will I endorse a business or a service, but this company far exceeded my expectation during a recent hot water heater failure in the middle of the night at my home while I was away. Although they were HQ'd in western Suffolk, they arrived within an hour and worked from 9 PM to 2 AM mucking up water, removing boxes, and furniture, rugs, installing dehumidifiers and fans, pretty much unsupervised.
