I am very happy with the work performed by Restoration Management Company - Benicia. They were the 2nd company to come out and they fixed the issues with the 1st company. I would like to recognize some of their employees especially Esperansa there were two of them who did the packing they were very knowledgeable. Fernando in demolition, he made sure to cover all my doors. I would also like to recognize Michelle Sevilla, Able and Ingrid. There are many other employees who did a great job as well.
I was a little freaked out when we discovered we had a sizeable amount of raw sewage to clean up after an obstruction caused our pipes to back up in our new home. Then I remembered having worked with Restoration Management Company in my professional life (I am now retired). A call to them reassured me that this was indeed something they could deal with, swiftly. And deal with it they did - on time, on schedule, and with good communication.
