We had a water heater leak at the most importune time. The crew was there within hours to remediate the problem. I couldn't have been happier with the response time and the work that they did.

They were absolutely wonderful. They leave nothing to be left undone. They explained everything to me and it is very comforting to me because I am 75. It was good to know that everything was going to be okay. The reassurance was very comforting for me. They handled everything. I did not have to worry. I knew exactly when they were coming because they would tell me. Restoration Management Company was always professional and did exactly what they said they would do.

They came thoroughly assessed the job. Started THAT MOMENT, and got everything thing In a timely manner. Did I mention they were in a crawl space under my home. Amazing Job! Thank you to the whole team at RMC. Absolutely, I’d recommend these guys!!
