Unfortunately, she was sick. I think catching up, if she hadn't been sick, she would have done a better job. She started out nice assuring me I wouldn't have to put things back in order. I didn't feel ignored, but the day she finally came to pick up the lock box, she did not pick up the mail that she wanted. The project manager was good but the packing up team was terrible... communication was lax and they removed things from my house without permission or authorization. They showed up in response to a water leak in my attic that came down in the living room. Their workers were very thoughtful and put up plastic and plugged in a fan and dehumidifier. (completely useless without opening up the ceiling and removing the wet insulation) Boss shows up and proceeds to tell me we might have asbestos and mold. Also there are microbes in the hardwood floors. Need to order inspection reports and floors will need to come out. I am not sure. The issue with the moving department and how things were handled hasn't left a good impression and I am still waiting to see how the remainder of my billing issues are handled. Maybe other clients don't care to see a breakdown of charges but I like to know what is being charged regardless of the involvement of an insurance company. Again, one shouldn't have to request it. Also, it is pretty irritating to have to go through the bill with a fine tooth comb but when there are obvious charges that are incorrect it... read more

I felt completely lost throughout the entire process. I had no idea of what was happening and who was to complete what job. I don't wish this process on anyone. If I had to do it all over again, I would have just fixed the intermediate job myself and lived with the mold. I still have construction problems I'm dealing with. Extremely disruptive.

I can't recommend them because of the problems I have already stated. Basically, they came in and cut my home up where it wasn't supposed to be cut. They would cut the crown molding in the middle where if they went a half an inch they would have cut it in the right place. It is very difficult to repair the home with the way they cut it up. They didn't consider what they were doing.
